Reiki has been a daily practice in my life since April 1997. I took Reiki 2 in October 1997 and immediately started working with people at the M.I.N.D Drop-in Centre in Bangor, Gwynedd. I worked in Beaumaris Health Centre for 3 years, treating patients on referral from their doctor.

I became a Reiki Master in April 2003, after 2 years training and now run classes for those wishing to learn to treat themselves and others.

I am also a qualified Counsellor; I belong to the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy, and run a practice in Llangoed and Menai Bridge.

I am also available as a Supervisor.
