Would Reiki be right for me?
Reiki is completely safe for everyone, as the energy flow is drawn by the patient and not directed by the practitioner.

Reiki also supports all other complementary therapies.
What does Reiki do?
It gently heals on four levels:
- Emotional level – dealing with past traumas, relationship problems and depression.
- Mental level – dealing with anxiety, stress, panic attacks and a ‘too-
busy mind’. - Spiritual level – dealing with such questions as, why am I here, what should I be doing and where am I going.
- Physical level – dealing with all illnesses from migraine, back pain, sports injuries and persistent colds to arthritis, cancer and chronic pain.
What should I expect from a treatment?
Treatments are 1 hour – allow 1 ½ hours for the first treatment.
Treatments take place in a warm, quiet environment, fully clothed, lying on a massage table.
I will place my hands on your head and body in a set sequence, which will cause you to go into a deep state of relaxation.
Reiki means “Universal Energy” and it is this energy that is used by you to heal the cause of your illness, at whichever level you need to heal first. Healing happens at the pace that you can cope with, therefore reactions and resistance rarely occur. For this reason I can not predict how much and how soon you will heal – that is up to you.
Do I need to believe in Reiki for it to work?
No, a willingness and commitment to heal is all that is required.
